Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated professionals for the position of Manager / Associate Manager / Senior Associate Investor Services / Transfer Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor servicing, operations, or transfer agency functions within financial services.

This is a key role that requires attention to detail, strong client service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of investor services or transfer agency functions.

- Oversee transaction processing, investor reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

- Monitor and improve processes for operational efficiency and service quality.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures.

- Support audit and regulatory review processes.

- Mentor and lead junior team members, depending on role level.

- Provide support for new client onboarding, transitions, and system migrations.

- Assist in project management and technology implementations related to investor servicing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

- 2-8 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or transfer agency.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with investor services platforms is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in leading teams or projects (for Manager/Associate Manager roles).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with global financial institutions or hedge fund clients.

- Understanding of FATCA, CRS, AML/KYC guidelines.

- Familiarity with tools like Investran, Advent Geneva, or similar platforms
