What Youll Own:
Youll take full charge of performance-driven campaigns across platforms.
Your daily playground includes:
- Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max.
- Meta Ads: Facebook, Instagram (full-funnel objectives).
Your responsibilities:
- Build and execute ROI-oriented media strategies for multiple brands.
- Run full-funnel campaigns across awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct deep keyword research, audience mapping & competitive analysis.
- Track performance daily, optimize aggressively, and scale winners.
- Set up A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page tests.
- Manage monthly budgets efficiently with zero spillover.
- Monitor pixel tracking, events, conversion APIs, and analytics setups.
- Collaborate with design, content, and brand teams for ad creatives.
- Present weekly performance insights and growth recommendations.
Who Were Looking For:
- Someone who blends data obsession + creative instincts.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on Paid Media experience.
- Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
- Understanding of attribution models, tracking, conversion flows.
- Comfort working on multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to communicate insights in a clear, business-focused way.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (bonus).
