Job Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting. - Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. - Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies. - Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates. Required Skills: - Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. - Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. - Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management. - Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
