About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional who treats ad budgets like investments and decisions like experiments. This role is for someone who understands that campaigns dont just run they perform, scale, and compound growth.
If you enjoy building high-ROAS systems across Google and Meta, obsess over funnels and conversion metrics, and prefer dashboards over vanity metrics, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Own the end-to-end performance lifecycle: strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and scaling.
- Optimize campaigns against key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV.
- Conduct audience research, funnel mapping, and creative testing to improve performance at every stage.
- Analyze performance using GA4, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage and scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and content teams to produce high-performing ads.
- Build performance reports and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, automation, AI-led advertising, and platform updates.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution.
- Experience handling lead generation, eCommerce, or D2C campaigns.
- Proficiency in GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, and tag implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and experimentation.
- Ability to scale campaigns without sacrificing efficiency or ROAS.
Good-to-Have (Big Plus)
- Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Performance Max.
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and heatmap tools.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation rules, and scripts.
- Agency experience managing multiple brands or high ad spends.
