Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sr Manager - Finance & Compliance to lead our financial reporting, compliance, audit, and control functions. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, statutory compliance, strong internal controls, and effective financial governance across the organization and its group entities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & MIS:

- Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and cash flow reports.

- Develop and present accurate monthly MIS reports to senior management.

- Oversee ledger scrutiny, expense analysis, and month-end and year-end closures.

Policy Control & Vendor Payments:

- Review and audit purchase orders and ensure policy compliance prior to vendor payments.

- Monitor approval workflows and payment controls to maintain financial discipline.

Internal Audit & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quarterly internal audits and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain statutory compliance including tax, GST, and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and external audits.

- Oversee financial controls and audit processes for group entities.

Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation:

- Track and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.

- Prepare and present weekly payment and bank reconciliation reports.

- Monitor credit control and reduce outstanding receivables.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications:

CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, or equivalent accounting/ERP systems.

- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
