Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta (FB/IG) platforms
- Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and full-funnel performance
- Drive lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and LTV
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and client/stakeholder presentations
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure competitive performance
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and growth strategies
- Proven experience managing large monthly ad spends
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and ad pixels
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent optimization and problem-solving skills
- Prior agency experience preferred
Good to Have:
- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, or lead-generation brands
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic advertising, or App campaigns
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
