We are a fast-paced, result-oriented digital powerhouse, and we need an HR Professional who is built the same way.

We are looking for a relentless HR Business Partner cum Generalist who eats challenges for breakfast.

This is not a role for someone looking to "coast" or manage a quiet desk.

We need a driver, a strategist, and an executor who can manage the pulse of our workforce while leveraging data to make hard business decisions.

If you are obsessed with Talent Management, live by HR Analytics, and believe that HR is a profit centre, not just a support function-read on.

What You Will Own (The Mission):

- You will wear multiple hats, and you will wear them well.

- We expect total ownership of the employee lifecycle.

Strategic HRBP & Business Alignment:

- Act as the strategic partner to business heads; understand the P&L and align HR strategies to drive revenue and efficiency.

- Aggressive Performance Management: managing the bell curve, PIPs, and making tough calls on underperformance immediately.

- Drive a high-performance culture where "good enough" is not accepted.

Talent Management & Developmen:

- Retention is your key metric.

- Identify high-potential (Hi-Po) talent and build iron-clad retention strategies.

- Design and execute succession planning for critical roles.

- Identify skill gaps and drive training interventions that yield measurable ROI, not just "attendance.

HR Analytics (Data or Nothing):

- We don't operate on "gut feelings.

- You must be an expert in HR Analytics.

- Track, analyse, and report on Attrition, Cost per Hire, Revenue per Employee, and Engagement Scores.

- Present weekly dashboards to leadership with actionable insights, not just raw data.

Core HR Generalist Operations:

- Handle end-to-end Grievance Redressal and Employee Relations with zero turnaround lag.

- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory norms and internal policies.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding seamlessly to ensure zero disruption to business.

- The Prerequisites (Who You Are).

- Education: MBA in HR is MANDATORY from a recognised institute.

- Academic Excellence: You must have secured at least 70% marks in your MBA.

Experience: Solid 6-7 years of experience.

No job hoppers.

We need stability and depth.

Tools: Mastery of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRMS tools is non-negotiable.
