Role Purpose:

- The Business Development Head at SRV Media will own revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across marketing and web development services.

- This is a leadership role responsible for building scalable growth engines across performance marketing, brand strategy, website & app development, e-commerce solutions, and emerging AI-driven digital capabilities.

- The role blends strategy, hands-on deal closure, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Revenue Leadership:

- Own end-to-end revenue targets across marketing and web development verticals (new business, upsell, cross-sell).

- Build predictable revenue pipelines across SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.

- Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market Client Acquisition & Partnerships.

- Lead high-value pitches, negotiations, and closures with CXOs, founders, and marketing/technology heads.

- Sell integrated solutions including performance marketing, branding, UI/UX, website & app development, and ongoing growth retainers.

- Build strategic alliances with platforms (Google, Meta), CMS and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), and technology partners.

- Identify new verticals, industries, and geographies for expansion.

- Team & Process Buildingtegic alliances with platforms (Google, Meta, marketplaces, SaaS tools) and ecosystem partners.

Team & Process Building:

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development and growth team.

- Define sales playbooks, pitch frameworks, CRM discipline, and forecasting models.

- Work closely with delivery, performance, creative, and tech teams to ensure client success and retention.

Strategy & Market Intelligence:

- Track market trends across digital marketing, web development, UI/UX, e-commerce, and AI-led solutions.

- Monitor competitor positioning across agencies, dev studios, and full-stack digital partners.

- Convert insights into new offerings, bundled services, and strong differentiation.

- Represent SRV Media at industry forums, pitch meetings, and key client discussions.

What Success Looks Like (12-18 Months):

- Consistent quarter-on-quarter revenue growth.

- Strong pipeline with enterprise and marquee brands.

- High client retention and account expansion.

- A self-sustaining, data-driven business development team.

Must-Have:

- Proven track record of scaling revenue in a marketing, web development, or digital agency environment.

- Strong experience selling performance marketing, branding, website/app development, or integrated digital solutions.

- Ability to close mid-to-large ticket deals and manage complex, consultative sales cycles.

- Experience building and leading business development or growth teams.

Good-to-Have:

- Exposure to AI, MarTech, SaaS, or data-driven marketing solutions.

- Network across founders, CXOs, startups, and enterprise marketing leaders.

- Experience working with fast-growing agencies or startups.
