Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategically driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across digital services.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in one or more of the following domains: influencer marketing, social media marketing, SEO, website development, or production.
This role demands a sharp understanding of the digital ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Experience:
36 years of relevant business development experience in a digital agency or related environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Own and manage the end-to-end lead generation cycle, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultation.
- Create and present customized proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations aligned with client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and commercials to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, digital marketing, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital marketing practices.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including influencer marketing, social media, SEO, web solutions, and production.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
