We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Procurement Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to order delivery and vendor management.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring the timely availability of IT products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Source new vendors for IT products, conduct comparative studies to finalize the best cost, and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve targets.
- Order Processing: Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PIs) and quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and margin calculations.
Manage vendor case locking and track the status of all executed and pending orders on a daily basis.
- Logistics and Inventory: Oversee nationwide stock transfers to ensure product availability at all locations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and local vendors for material arrangements and timely delivery to client locations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal sales teams, providing regular updates and resolving any issues related to order delivery.
Skills
Operational & Professional:
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy and a proactive approach with a strong ability to take initiative.
Technical:
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and calculations.
- Experience with Tracker or similar systems for daily order management.
Experience & Education
- Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement.
- Education: A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
