Business Development Specialist - IT Hardware Sales
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist with a focus on IT hardware sales to target enterprise, corporate, and SME clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing market strategies, and building a strong network of partners and clients within the IT mobility vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Business Development:
- Develop and implement a local market strategy to sell IT mobility products.
- You will create core product value propositions and sales tools to effectively communicate our offerings to enterprise and corporate customers.
Lead Generation:
- Generate new leads and identify key corporate relationships with third parties like developers, solution providers, and business consultants.
- You will qualify new account prospects to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build a strong ecosystem of support teams and accounts.
- You will leverage industry experts and carrier relationships to deliver targeted business messages to customers.
Negotiation & Sales:
- Negotiate with clients and partners to close deals and meet sales targets.
- You will be responsible for adding new customers to the company database and managing all business development activities.
Skills:
- Sales & Business Development: Excellent sales and business development skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively brief and inspire teams and customers.
- Leadership: The ability to take initiative and inspire others.
- IT Domain Knowledge: A sound understanding of the IT segment is required.
- Professional Attributes: You must demonstrate high energy and a willingness to learn about the industry.
Experience & Education:
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in sales.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
