Industry Preference:

Candidates with prior experience in the Medical/Healthcare industry and established connections with gynecologists, maternity clinics, or women's healthcare networks will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the medical/healthcare segment

- Build strong relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, maternity clinics, and diagnostic partners

- Drive strategic partnerships, referral models, and long-term engagement plans

- Meet revenue targets through channel and direct B2B sales

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product awareness and brand positioning

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to enhance offerings

- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and closures

Key Skills Required:

- Strong network and prior engagement in OB-GYN/women's healthcare ecosystems

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-versed with Hyderabad medical ecosystem

- Proven track record in B2B sales, hospital onboarding, or partner acquisition

- Comfortable with field work and client meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Business

- MBA/PGDM preferred

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development/sales in medical, pharma, or diagnostics
