Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales based in New Delhi.
The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with customers.
They will also be involved in executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
In addition, the role requires analyzing market trends, providing feedback to the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of scientific equipment and experience in the scientific research industry is preferred.
- Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
- Relevant experience in technical sales or a science-related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related disciplines; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
