Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur HQ for the position of ASMFMCG (Food & Non-Food division) at Sri Sri Tattva. - The role involves managing day-to-day operations, spearheading entire operations for promoting products, achieving business goals and increasing sales growth in both retail & channel sales across all products of primary & secondary markets for the geographical regions of Nagpur HQ. - Responsibilities also include evaluating the performance of distributors & monitoring retail sales. Qualifications - Experience in the Food & Beverage industry. - Excellent communication skills. - Spearheading entire operations for promoting products, achieving business goals and increasing sales growth in both retail & channel sales across all products of primary & secondary markets for the geographical regions of Nagpur HQ. - 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG (Food and Non-Food division). - Evaluating the performance of distributors & monitoring retail sales. - Experience handling company depot, superstockiest, distributors, substockiest, etc.
