Role Description:


- This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Finance Commercial Manager, located in Bengaluru.


- The Accounts & Finance Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing commercial activities,

business planning, analyzing financial data, overseeing contract management, and leading team operations.


- The role requires handling day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.


Qualifications:


- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Planning.

- Reporting will be Parallel to CEO/ CFO.

Qualification: MBA with 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG Commercial Activities.

- Claims management / settlements Expiry, damages, shortage, display charges, transportation charges, listing fees, TOT expenses, F&F claims of DBs & SS.

- Customer Accounts reconciliation.

- Coordination with Sales team.

- Issue of Credit note in SAP.

- P&L Handling, Gross Margin Review, Claims Management, Customer A/c. Reconciliation.

- Report on the Stockist/City wise Sales Plan vs Deliveries with Market growth.

- Control on the Costs of Each Area/Segment/Division.

- Report the Gross Margins.

- Sales force Productivity Review, Godown Stock Management/Expiry/Non-Moving Stock Review/Action Plan for Stockist Stock Management and Control.

- Coordination with the Brand/Division Team on the Cost Controls/Collections.

- Proficiency in Commercial Management and Contract Management.

- Proven Team Management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Experience in the FMCG, Healthcare or Wellness industry is a plus.
