We're Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager Fundraising (CSR Partnerships)

Rupantar is seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead CSR fundraising and build high-value corporate partnerships.

This role focuses on securing funding, strengthening donor relationships, and representing Rupantar at key stakeholder events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a CSR fundraising strategy.

- Build relationships with corporations aligned to Rupantars mission.

- Deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and impact reports.

- Retain donors with tailored engagement and regular updates.

- Lead and mentor a fundraising team, coordinating efforts across departments.

You Should Have:

- Bachelors degree (relevant field); 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising.

- Strong network and understanding of Indias CSR landscape.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proven track record in proposal writing and corporate outreach.

- Experience in education or the social impact space preferred.

- MBA
