Position: HR Manager.

Location: Tirupur, Tamilnadu.

Company: The Chennai Silks.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years.

Role Overview.

- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Human Resources functions of The Chennai Silks Corporate Office in Tirupur.

- She will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities.

Recruitment & Staffing.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office and key positions.

- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.

- Build talent pipelines for future requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement.

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

HR Operations & Compliance.

- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and payroll inputs.

- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.

- Implement and update HR policies in alignment with corporate standards.

Performance Management.

- Drive appraisal cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting processes.

- Work with managers to address performance improvement plans.

- Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

Learning & Development.

- Identify training needs and design training calendars.

- Coordinate with external trainers/consultants as required.

- Track training effectiveness and employee skill growth.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications

- MBA / Master's in Human Resource Management (preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of proven HR management experience.

- Experience in corporate HR functions, preferably in retail, textiles, or apparel industry.
