We are working on a position of Sr Product Manager (Face Wash) for one of the leading Personal care MNC.  The position would be based in Mumbai.  Mumbai based candidates from 2008-2010 batch of MBA working on Personal care brands/ with MNC FMCG co's MAY ONLY apply  The Sr Product Manager is responsible for delivering sales and profitability of his/her brand group.  He/she is responsible for Assortment strategy, new product launches, promotion strategy, and ATL+ BTL communication strategy for face wash. While managing face washes the role will be responsible to develop Face care portfolio.  This role will need to work with regional ( Near East ) category manager within the organization and work with advertising agency/other marketing vendors to create impactful marketing programs/ communication for India in lieu of global brand guidelines.   Successful performance requires   - Attitude to take end-to-end ownership of portfolio  - Expertise in category management   - Challenger mindset + Ability to garner sales support for ambitious plan   - Agency + Vendor management skills  - Ability to network and influence internal stakeholders  Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):  - Be the 'Face' specialist .Devise and evolve a sustainable portfolio strategy aimed at establishing the organization as a challenger brand in Face wash.Plan and build India product portfolio in face wash  - Identify opportunities for the organization to enter in Face care.
