Any cross border sale within the EU, for instance a German customer buying on a Swedish customer, is considered an EU export. The EU Exports team aims to: (i) offer EU export customers a best-in-class value proposition, (ii) increase export selection, (iii) provide fast and reliable shipping within the EU, and (vi) improve the customer experience across Europe. You will be supporting the EU Exports team in this mission, and be responsible for supporting and facilitating cross-functional development activities, projects and process improvements aimed at improving the exports customer experience. In this role, you will closely cooperate with the EU Transportation team based in Luxembourg, the Global Exports team based in the US, stakeholders in local business teams across the EU, and various software development teams.  The position is based in Bangalore.  Responsibilities  - Improve the international customer experience for customers across the EU in cooperation with our software development teams.  - Support the EU Exports team in increasing selection available to export customers by (i) challenging local business teams to relieve export restrictions, (ii) supporting audits regarding shipping, ship fees and delivery promises to customers, and (iii) fixing deficiencies in any of these areas.  - Assist in configuring ship options and shipping product groups in order to provide fast and reliable shipping within the EU.  - Coordinate with EU Imports team to enable international selection to serve our EU export customers.  - Continuously work to improve the shopping experience for our international customers through customer service improvement initiatives.  - Build metrics reports to monitor EU exports performance.  Basic Qualifications   - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.  - Proven track record of translating customer needs into business/product requirements.  - MBA from a premier Indian or international business school.  - Ability to think strategically and tactically.  - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success.   - Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.  - 5+ years of consulting / product management experience.   - Strong business judgment.   - Technical background.  - Candidate must be fluent in English.  Preferred Qualifications   - Previous experience in consulting or technology.  - Additional European languages.  - Experience in SQL will be a plus.
