Software Engineer

Role description	  1.Design and drive the marketing plan and strategy for Eko.  2.Product design and roll-out.   3.Create, internalize and externalize the business plan for Eko.  Responsibilities	  Marketing plan:40%  1.Design and drive the marketing plan to maximize revenues and profitability for Eko by leveraging all the marketing tools - product, pricing, promotion, place, process.  2.Use market and business intelligence to identify customer segments and their needs, enhance customer experience and expand product portfolio.  3.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing plan and customer experience/ product enhancements.  Product:35%  1.Idea generation via market, partners, team and competition research.  2.Idea screening basis relevance of product for the target segment, benefits to stake-holders, viability, market size, competitive context and feasibility of implementation.  3.Concept development and testing- identifying the core consumer, designing product features and listing product benefits;determining price, cost, process and gathering feedback from a sample of potential customers.  4.Business analysis to estimate pricing, revenues, profitability, break-even for the product.  5.Create a product proposal for a potential partner in case there is need for a partner.  6.Pilot test- create a prototype and introduce in a test market area, collect feedback to determine customer acceptance and make necessary changes.  7.Commercial launch- work with cross-functional teams for commercial roll-out.  8.Research- primary research to collect feedback from customer and channel, usage analysis, secondary research, competition mapping.  Business Plan: 25%  1.Identify key drivers of revenue, costs and key sensitivities of the Eko business model.  2.Create an achievable plan basis market size, distribution roll-out, revenue, costs & model sensitivities.  3.Internalize: Get a buy in from the management team on key business goals for the year - revenue, P&L, break-even, CSPs.  4.Externalize: Build a 3-5 year business plan to raise capital.  5.Track quarterly performance against projections and modify plans accordingly.  Qualifications 	  1.Minimum Post Graduate degree is required in finance/marketing.  2.4- 5 years experience in marketing or related fields in financial services.  Competencies	  1.Ability to constantly think, be creative and innovate.  2.Ability to do understand the market, customer and competition.  3.Good communication skills and effective team player who can engage with cross- functional teams.  4.Ability to analyze and use quantitative/qualitative data to enhance customer experience and business.   Interested candidates can send their resumes at kamna.thakur@eko.co.in
