The Candidate needs to be an experienced Chartered Accountant having 2-3 years of experience with multinational companies and has working knowledge of IGAAP accounting, can assist in daily and project based accounting and Finance operations.  Salary: Up to 10 Lacs + Pick & Drop + Meals + Medical Insurance  Work Hours: 12 pm - 9:30 pm  Location: Gurgaon  Job Description:  - Accounts Payables functions   - Obtaining approvals for vendor invoices from approving authorities.  - Review of payment requests.  - Entering and review of Invoices & Employee Reimbursements in books of accounts (Microsoft Dynamics- Great Plains).  - Getting journals approved from approvers.  - Assistance in Monthly Closure of books of accounts   - Preparation of Accrual Schedule and Accrual entries on each month close for AP Process.  - Review of Fixed Asset register and monthly Depreciation entries.  - Review of Prepaid account schedule and monthly amortization entries.  - Recording & reconciling Inter Company entries & Accounts.  - Doing Bank Entries in GL & Review of Bank Reconciliations.  - Maintaining a Positive Cash balance in all banks & reporting on every month end.  - Preparing & Review of Balance sheet reconciliations for various Balance sheet accounts.  - Assistance in other Month End Activities if required.  - Statutory Compliances- TDS, PF ,RBI regulations, SEZ etc. preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ annual reports and returns and submission with respective authorities.  - Support yearly Financial Audits.  - Perform various financial and accounting analysis.  Candidate Requirements:  - Must be a Chartered Accountant.  - 2 to 3 years of experience in transactional accounting role.  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.  - Experience working with ERP Package, preferably Great Plains.  - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and coordination skills.  - Ability to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.  - Flexibility and ability to multi-task are a must.  - Successful candidates will be self-starters, able to excel with minimal supervision.  Please Contact:  Natasha Singh Mobile: 09210033701
