About This Position

The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to meet our business goals.

This role requires a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise.

What are you going to do?

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met.

- Proven work experience in end-to-end core IT recruitment and IT services businesses and Niche profiles.

- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning and role requirements.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present regular reports to management.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes and policies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices.

- Responsible for working with External Recruitment Agencies and ensuring the agreed recruitment commitments are met.

- Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisitions, preparing JD with concern with Departments head.

You Need To Have:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.

- Proven experience in IT/technical hiring (preferred for IT service-based companies).

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
