Location: Gurgaon

Level: Senior Leadership

Salary Slab : 40lacs to 70lacs with ESOPs

Roles and Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the Profit & Loss responsibility for the assigned vertical/region, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and strategic business expansion.

- Own the end-to-end business operations, including sales planning, execution, team performance, customer experience, and financial outcomes.

- Drive real estate transactions (primarily new and vacant properties) by leading from the front and empowering the sales team with effective processes and strategy.

- Monitor CRM-based lead flow, optimize lead conversions, and ensure a high-quality pipeline through rigorous follow-ups and client engagement.

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team, ensuring weekly targets and site visit schedules are achieved.

- Oversee client negotiations and closures, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and product teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Proven leadership experience in sales, business operations, or P&L ownership in a fast-paced industry.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English and Hindi is essential; regional language knowledge is a plus.

- Expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, customer relationship management, and team development.

- High level of ownership, decision-making ability, confidence, and energy.

- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or business leadership, preferably in real estate, financial services, or high-growth sectors.

- Prior experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles and leading large teams with successful deal closures.

- Proven track record in profit center management, meeting and exceeding revenue and margin targets.
