Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Gurugram. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific unit or team within the company. This includes managing and mentoring team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales and achieving business goals set by the company. The Unit Manager will play a key role in implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performance culture within their unit.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate professionals.

- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient workflow management.

- Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Sales and Business Development:

- Drive sales performance within the unit to achieve or exceed targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and maintains high levels of client satisfaction.

- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals.

- Prepare and present regular reports on unit performance to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Manage the unit budget and control expenses.

Strategic Contribution:

- Contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

- Implement company strategy at the unit level.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required.

- MBA is strongly preferred.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management, property sales, or a related industry.

- Proven track record of success in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for business growth.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, regulations, and financing options.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
