- Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Manage lead generation and ensure regular site visits are generated by the team.
- Helping the team with sales closures.
- Ensuring 3x of the team cost is achieved as net revenue.
- Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people.
- 2+ years of experience in handling sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
