Position Overview
The Manager Sales & Business Development will lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach for Square Ones 3D visualization and integrated branding solutions. This role requires a proven leader with strong industry connections, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to convert strategic opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
You will be responsible for sales strategy execution, high-value client acquisition, revenue target achievement, and market expansion, particularly in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, as well as identifying emerging high-growth markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for driving sales growth and market share.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions to exceed targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Lead end-to-end client acquisition processes, from prospecting to closure.
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and revenue.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client needs, ensuring service excellence.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Leverage professional networks in Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities to expand market presence.
- Explore and establish a foothold in emerging real estate markets with high growth potential.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to refine sales approaches, develop competitive differentiators, and anticipate market shifts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to create impactful sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Partner with production and creative teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and execution for key client accounts.
Travel & Field Engagement
- Travel extensively to meet with clients, prospects, and partners across regions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Maintain a personal vehicle for on-the-ground business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven success in sales and business development within real estate, media, advertising, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Established industry connections and a strong professional network.
- Expertise in strategic planning, consultative selling, and client servicing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
