What are we looking for?.
As the FP&A Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the Senior Leadership Team in making strategic, data-driven business decisions by delivering impactful financial insights and analysis.
You will play a critical role in driving the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while also providing analytical support for major initiatives, including M&A activities.
What will you do?:
- Business Analysis & Insights: Deliver value-added financial insights and data-backed recommendations to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the creation and monitoring of annual budgets and rolling forecasts through detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance tracking.
- Financial Reporting & Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- M&A Support: Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, conduct financial modeling and due diligence, and support post-merger integration to ensure smooth execution and synergy realization.
- Monthly Collaboration with Business Heads: Hold monthly performance discussions with business and product heads to review outcomes, analyze variances, and align on financial and operational priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with global and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent information flow, financial alignment, and execution of business objectives.
What you must have?:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
- Experience: 4-5 years in financial planning, M&A, budgeting, or analytics.
Skills:
- Strong financial analysis and advanced modeling expertise.
- Proven M&A experience (deal evaluation, due diligence, integration).
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong multitasking and deadline management.
- Analytical, strategic, and proactive problem-solver.
