Brand & Partnerships Associate
Spyne - US-focused B2B SaaS - 2-3 years experience
About the role:
We're hiring a Brand & Partnerships Associate to own how Spyne shows up in the US market - across social, industry relationships, and a growing network of partners and affiliates. You'll operate at the intersection of brand, content, community, and growth, and you'll be measured on real business outcomes: audience growth, meaningful industry relationships, and pipeline generated through them. This role suits someone who can think and write for a US B2B SaaS audience, build genuine relationships, spot opportunities, and execute independently - turning conversations into content, community, partnerships, and pipeline.
What you'll own:
1. Social media & brand presence:
- Manage and grow Spyne's social presence (primarily LinkedIn), building the follower base, engagement, and share of voice in the automotive/AI/SaaS ecosystem.
- Develop content ideas from customer conversations, industry trends, and product insights - and turn complex topics into simple, compelling stories.
- Write LinkedIn posts, social content, newsletters, and campaign assets; work with design and content teams to take ideas from concept to publish.
- Represent and protect the Spyne brand voice across every public touchpoint.
2. US relationship building:
- Communicate directly with US-based customers, prospects, dealers, creators, partners, and industry experts in an authentic, credible way.
- Research and map the people, communities, publications, podcasts, and events that matter to Spyne's audience - and find natural ways for Spyne to participate.
- Build repeatable outbound and relationship-building workflows, and support customer storytelling: testimonials, case studies, interviews, and thought leadership.
- Understand US market nuances, cultural context, and B2B SaaS tonality.
3. Partner & affiliate network (pipeline engine):
- Build and grow a network of affiliates and partners: identify the right partners, run outbound to reach them, and close partnership agreements.
- Own the relationship end-to-end - onboard, enable, and actively manage partners so they consistently refer and promote Spyne.
- Use these relationships to promote Spyne, run co-marketing campaigns, and create collaborations, interviews, podcasts, and co-created content.
- Turn the network into a measurable pipeline source - you'll be accountable for the opportunities and pipeline it generates.
4. AI-powered execution:
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging tools) to accelerate research, content, communication, and reporting.
- Identify repetitive marketing tasks and automate them with AI and no-code/low-code tools.
- Build repeatable AI-powered workflows for prospect identification, content repurposing, partner research, and knowledge management - always asking: can AI do the first 80%, and can we build a system around it?
5. Growth & experimentation:
- Find new ways to grow brand awareness, engagement, and inbound conversations; experiment with channels, formats, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Monitor conversations across LinkedIn and industry communities, and engage where Spyne can add value.
- Track performance, turn data into insight, and work with Growth and Sales to understand what content, conversations, and partners actually drive business impact.
How success is measured:
Success in this role is defined by outcomes, not activity:
- Audience & brand: growth in Spyne's social following, engagement, and share of voice in the US market.
- Relationships: a growing, active network of relevant US customers, creators, and industry partners.
- Pipeline: qualified opportunities and pipeline generated through the partner/affiliate network and community engagement.
What we're looking for:
- 23 years in brand, content, growth, partnerships, or community - ideally in B2B SaaS, and ideally with US-market exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for a US B2B SaaS audience.
- A relationship-builder who can start conversations, build trust, and manage partners over time.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to execute independently.
- Fluency (or strong curiosity) with AI tools and a builder's instinct for automating repetitive work.
- Genuine interest in the automotive, AI, and SaaS ecosystem.
Nice to have:
- Experience running affiliate, referral, or channel-partner programs.
- An existing US network in automotive, retail tech, or B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools.
