Spydra - Sales Professional - IT Products

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals with a strong background in IT Products Sales. Candidates must have 4 - 7 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience selling IT products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.

- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and sales discussions.

- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 4 - 7 years of overall professional experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT products sales experience is mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience in IT product selling, business development, and client acquisition.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT products.

- A target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to close sales.

Work Requirements:

- Work from office five days a week.

- Availability to work in either of the following shifts:

1. 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST

2. 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST

- Cab facility provided for both shifts.
