SpruceTech - Project Manager

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage risks, stakeholders, and project execution across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget

- Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource plans

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

- Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and quality standards

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies as applicable

- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation

- Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned

- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and successful project outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)

- Experience using project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
