Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and success of our products.

The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements

- Translate business objectives into product features and user stories

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products

- Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize initiatives

- Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis

- Define KPIs, success metrics, and product performance tracking

- Lead product planning, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming sessions

- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities

- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role

- Strong understanding of product management lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with roadmapping, backlog management, and user story creation

- Ability to balance business, customer, and technical considerations

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
