Description: Business Consultant (GTM Integrations)
Location: Chandigarh / Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Sprouts.ai is an AI-native Generative Demand Platform redefining the $1.1T B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) category. We help demand-gen and sales teams generate qualified pipeline and close deals faster using real-time account & contact intelligence signals - and agentic AI execution. Our product is not a static SaaS dashboard. It is a living system of data, workflows, connectors, and agents - built to fix broken GTM ecosystems driven by dirty data, siloed tools, and static ICPs.
We are hiring a Business Consultant (GTM Integrations) to shape how Sprouts.ai integrates seamlessly with enterprise GTM stacks - primarily Salesforce, with expanding coverage across MS Dynamics and other CRM/MAP ecosystems. This role is for someone who can drive product thinking for our integration offerings, architect solutions for complex customer requirements, and serve as the integration expert across pre-sales and customer engagements. You'll work directly with the Director of Product and collaborate closely with the founders.
What You'll Own (Outcomes, Not Tasks):
Product & Integration responsibilities:
- Translate patterns from customer engagements into product improvements, new integration capabilities, and roadmap priorities.
- Work with the Director of Product to shape the integration roadmap and drive its execution.
- Serve as the internal voice of customer integration needs bridging what customers require with what the product delivers.
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Technical architecture support will be provided by a tech architect; your focus is on solutioning, not code.
- Design solutions that balance customer needs with platform scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Deeply understand Salesforce managed package lifecycle: packaging strategy, versioning, namespace constraints, upgrade paths, dependency management, and AppExchange compliance requirements.
- Define integration patterns and best practices that become the foundation for repeatable delivery.
Enterprise Customer Engagement:
- Lead solutioning conversations for complex integration requirements, translating customer needs into clear solution approaches.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team on major implementations that require deep integration expertise or new feature development.
- Own the customer experience for integration-related decisions: clear communication, trade-off discussions, and alignment on approach.
Pre-Sales Technical Support:
- Lead technical discovery for complex integration scenarios and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to derive delivery timelines for new development work.
- Identify integration complexity early and flag risks before deals close.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Orchestration:
- Manage contractor developers when needed defining clear work packages, reviewing outputs, unblocking dependencies, and maintaining velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Document integration playbooks, solution patterns, and best practices building the foundation for a scalable integration function.
- Communicate trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders (customers and internal) and drive decisions fast.
Tech & Domains You'll Work With:
- Integration Patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Platform Events, CDC, OAuth/auth patterns, data sync strategies.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Managed packages, AppExchange, SFDX workflows, governor limits, security model (conceptual depth expected).
- GTM Stack: Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, etc. is a plus.
- AI/ML Concepts: Enough to explain how Sprouts signals and agents work to customers.
Must-Have Skills (Hard Filters):
- Deep Salesforce experience - you've been hands-on in configuring, solutioning, and delivering Salesforce projects (coding not required, but solutioning is core).
- Strong understanding of managed package lifecycle - packaging constraints, versioning, upgrades, namespace considerations, AppExchange requirements.
- Integration fluency - you understand APIs, data models, authentication patterns, eventing, and can come up with integration solutions even if you don't write the code.
- Product mindset - you think beyond project delivery; you see patterns, identify product gaps, and contribute to how the product evolves.
- Customer-facing confidence - you've led conversations with enterprise stakeholders (project owners, technical leads, marketing heads) and can hold your own in complex discussions.
- Resource coordination experience - you've managed contractors, vendors, or cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes (or have equivalent experience driving delivery through others).
- Excellent written and verbal communication - clear documentation, crisp emails, and the ability to simplify complexity for different audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity - you can operate without a playbook and build processes as you go.
Nice-to-Haves (Strong Signals):
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder).
- SaaS product company experience - you understand product thinking, not just project delivery.
- GTM domain expertise - familiarity with demand-gen, ABM, sales engagement, or revenue operations workflows.
- Prior startup experience - you know how to move fast with limited resources.
- Consulting/SI background combined with in-house product experience.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and compliance requirements.
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- See yourself as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering - and can context-switch across all three.
- Prefer ownership over narrow scope - you want to influence outcomes, not just deliver tasks.
- Can move fast while still delivering enterprise-grade quality.
- Like building 01 processes and patterns that others will follow.
- Get energy from solving complex integration puzzles and translating messy requirements into clean architectures.
- Are comfortable being the "integration expert in the room" even when customers have complex, ambiguous requirements.
Please Don't Apply If:
- You're uncomfortable being customer-facing or leading conversations with senior enterprise stakeholders.
- You expect detailed specs and hand-holding before you can make progress.
- You're looking for a pure "implementation" role without contributing to product thinking.
- You avoid documentation, process-building, or cross-functional coordination.
Hiring Signals We Look For:
- Evidence of product thinking - how you've identified patterns and influenced product direction based on customer needs.
- Clear articulation of how you've navigated enterprise stakeholders and driven alignment on complex technical decisions.
- Proof of coordinating resources (contractors, vendors, cross-functional teams) to deliver outcomes.
- Ability to explain integration concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstration that your work improved real outcomes (time-to-value, customer satisfaction, product adoption, integration reliability).
What You'll Get:
- Direct influence on product direction for integration offerings.
- Direct collaboration with the Director of Product and founders.
- High ownership across solutioning, product input, and customer engagement.
- Exposure to the full GTM stack and AI-native product development.
- A fast-moving, high-trust environment with meaningful customer and technical challenges.
- Growth path into leading the GTM Integration function as Sprouts scales.
