SpringCT - Project Manager

Overview: SpringCT is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager in managing complex technology projects and client engagements. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of software solutions, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.

- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Track and report project KPIs, timelines, and budgets to senior management.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team collaboration.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).

- 8-11 years of project management experience in software development.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with global clients.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
