Marketing Operations Analyst
Location: Bengaluru
Team: Revenue Operations
Experience: 2-5 years
About SpotDraft:
SpotDraft is on a mission to help legal and business teams move faster, together. Our AI-powered contracting platform is redefining how companies manage contracts, and our story deserves to be told in creative, human, and memorable ways.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to sit within Revenue Operations and support how SpotDraft measures and scales its marketing engine. This is a role for someone who thinks in numbers and systems, and wants to understand how marketing spend turns into pipeline and revenue. The role requires analytical rigor, comfort with data, and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership, and you'll pick up the tools and domain context on the job. This is a strong fit for someone who wants a career at the intersection of business strategy and data-driven execution.
What You'll Do:
- Support tracking and reporting on marketing campaigns across channels.
- Help maintain data accuracy and consistent tagging for attribution and reporting.
- Assist in analyzing funnel performance and flagging drop-offs or inefficiencies.
- Help maintain and refine lead scoring, routing, and stage-transition logic.
- Work with Sales to understand where lead handoffs break down and suggest fixes.
- Build dashboards and reports that give marketing and sales leadership visibility into pipeline health.
- Translate raw data into insights leadership can act on.
- Support attribution analysis to help the team understand what's driving results.
- Get hands-on with tools like HubSpot/Marketo and Salesforce as part of daily work.
- Flag process or tooling gaps as you learn the stack.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to keep data and processes aligned across the funnel.
- Bring a structured, first-principles approach to problems that don't have a set playbook.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience, with a background that combines an engineering degree and an MBA.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and structured problem-solving.
- Clear business judgment and the ability to connect data to decisions, not just report numbers.
- Sharp communication skills; able to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to marketing, sales, or business analytics in any internship or full-time role.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Looker, GA4, or similar).
- Any prior exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools (not required - we'll train on this).
- We are not looking for deep SaaS domain expertise. We're looking for someone sharp, structured, and eager to learn a domain from the ground up.
Why SpotDraft?:
- Brilliant teammates - Work with some of the sharpest minds in legal tech.
- Expand your network - Interact with top founders, investors, and industry leaders.
- Real impact - Take ownership of projects and see your work in action.
- Big goals, bold moves - We trust you to deliver, innovate, and push boundaries.
Our Core Values:
- Our business is to delight Customers.
- Be Transparent. Be Direct.
- Be Audacious.
- Outcomes over everything else.
- Elevate each other.
- Be Passionate. Take Ownership.
- Be 1% better every day.
All candidates' personal data shared during the recruitment process will be handled with utmost confidentiality and used solely for hiring purposes, in line with applicable data protection regulations.
SpotDraft is an equal-opportunity employer. Candidates will not be discriminated against based on race, ethnicity, color, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
