Sponsorship Manager - Event Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sponsorship revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships aligned with event and brand objectives

- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective sponsors across relevant industries

- Develop customized sponsorship solutions, including pitch decks, proposals, and commercial models

- Lead end-to-end sponsor lifecycle management from onboarding to activation and renewal

- Ensure seamless sponsorship activation and fulfilment across on-ground, digital, and content integrations

- Partner with internal teams (marketing, creative, content, and operations) to deliver sponsor commitments with precision

- Prepare post-event analytics, ROI reports, and impact summaries for sponsors and internal stakeholders

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership models to identify new business opportunities

- Maintain senior-level relationships to drive long-term and repeat partnerships

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- 2-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development

- Prior exposure to events, media, sports, or branded content ecosystems is an advantage

- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to create data-driven proposals and executive-level pitch decks

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments

- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
