What Youll Be Doing:

- Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven ad strategies

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams for asset development

- Analyze performance data and apply data-driven optimizations

- Collaborate with account managers and clients to meet campaign objectives

- Stay current with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices

What Were Looking For:

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads (we have openings for both!)

- Bonus points for experience in the Healthcare, Cannabis, or Alternative Medicine sectors

- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Thought Metric, Metorik, Dutchie, Hotter, or similar

- Strong analytical mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (IST timezone)

- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn fast
