Role Description:

- We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a passion for digital marketing.

- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and prioritize potential clients for outreach.

- Decision-Maker Identification: Find key stakeholders who make purchase decisions.

- ICP Alignment: Ensure leads match the company's ideal customer profile.

- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors and industry trends.

- Pain Point Mapping: Understand client challenges to offer tailored solutions.

- Pipeline Management: Track and organize leads to manage sales progress.

- Communication Tracking: Record interactions for effective follow-ups and engagement.

Requirements:.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client expectations.

- Proficient in CRM tools, Apollo, Sales navigator etc.

- Prior experience dealing with international clients.

- Experience in LinkedIn outreach or email-based lead generation.
