Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven CRM professional to join our team as Assistant Manager CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing customer relationship strategies, managing CRM platforms, and improving customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): - Manage day-to-day CRM operations and ensure timely execution of lifecycle campaigns - Develop and optimize CRM strategies across customer segments to improve engagement and retention - Monitor, measure, and report performance of CRM campaigns against defined KPIs - Design and customize email templates using HTML/CSS to align with campaign goals and responsive standards - Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance - Ensure smooth integration and usage of CRM tools like Clevertap or MoEngage - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to align CRM efforts with business objectives - Regularly audit CRM data for accuracy and segmentation effectiveness - Drive personalization and automation strategies to enhance user experience - A/B test different CRM strategies and recommend improvements based on data Required Skillset: - Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer segmentation, personalization, goal setting, and marketing automation - Proficiency in HTML and CSS for customising email templates and ensuring responsive design - Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations - Experience working with CRM platforms (experience in Clevertap or MoEngage is a plus) - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setup with excellent communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as open rate, CTR, retention, CLV, etc. - Certification in CRM platforms like Clevertap or MoEngage (desirable but not mandatory)
