About the Role:

- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial professional / CA Inter / CA professional to join our Special Projects Team.

- This role will offer hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives including NBFC listing support, internal audits, SOP development, and financial process optimization.

- Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and wants to be involved in high-impact initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Assist in preparation and documentation for NBFC listing (IPO/NCD/Private placement), including liaising with consultants, legal teams, and compliance advisors.

- Support internal audit processes, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up on action items.

- Participate in the creation and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.

- Perform analytical reviews of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

- Assist in due diligence exercises, compliance checks, and internal control reviews.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, and compliance teams on special projects.

- Prepare documentation and dashboards for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications:.

- CA / Inter-CA with a solid understanding of NBFC operations and regulatory framework.

- 1-3 years (CA) or 2-4 years (Inter-CA) of relevant experience in audit, finance, or consulting roles.

- Exposure to RBI compliance, IND AS, and NBFC guidelines is a plus.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of ERP systems preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple projects independently with tight deadlines.
