KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong facilitation capabilities with grounding in instructional design principles, including Blooms Taxonomy and the ADDIE model
- Proficient in end-to-end content development using tools such as Articulate, SCORM packaging, and Canva
- Skilled in creating high-impact presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering engaging training sessions
- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, tracking, and learner data analysis
- Understanding of LMS platforms, digital learning methodologies, and bite-sized/micro-learning approaches
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a training or facilitation role
Daily Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions.
- Create and update training materials.
- Track learner progress and maintain reports.
- Manage LMS content and training records.
- Collect feedback and improve sessions.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
