About the Role:

- We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our Inspector App - a missioncritical internal product used daily by on-ground inspectors, evaluators, and workshop teams.

- This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business.

-You will work closely with field teams, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in inspection volume, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, cost, and quality.

- Additionally you will be responsible for making life easier for ground staff and enabling them to complete inspections faster, cheaper, and more accurately.

- If you enjoy building products enabling both internal employees and customers, solving messy operational problems, and driving impact through process+ tech, this role is for you.

What You'll do:

- Own the end-to-end experience of on-ground inspectors across planning, allocation, execution, and closure of inspections.

- Build features that help inspectors complete more inspections per day with less friction.

- Improve productivity by enabling smarter job allocation (optimized routing, reduced idle time).

- Design systems and workflows to scale the number of inspections happening daily without compromising quality.

- Identify bottlenecks across the inspection lifecycle and solve them through product and process improvements.

- Help us price & procure cars more effectively with extremely accurate inspections.

- Own key metrics for the product and help define clear, measurable goals for the same

- Ideate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and tradeoffs

- Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap

- Write product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams

- Monitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as needed

Who you are:

- B.Tech/B.E and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred

- 3-5 years of product management or related experience in an agile development environment

- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Understand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don'
