Group Product Manager
Group Product Manager GoMechanic
GoMechanic, part of the Spinny Group, is looking for a Group Product Manager to own the complete demand-side product ecosystem. The role will lead product strategy across the consumer app, lead management platform and call centre technology, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation of the existing app into a modern, scalable customer platform.
- Improve discovery, booking, servicing and post-service journeys.
- Own key growth metrics including activation, conversion, retention, repeat bookings, NPS and revenue contribution.
- Leverage experimentation, analytics and customer insights to optimize product funnels.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design and QA to deliver high-quality products.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Call Centre, CRM and Data teams.
- Present product strategy, KPIs and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience in consumer internet, mobility, e-commerce, marketplace or on-demand businesses.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams.
- Strong understanding of UX, growth, experimentation and product analytics.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or Engineering preferred.
