The role involves developing and executing marketing programs to increase the value and performance of a brand  Responsibilities:  Branding:  - Develop brand identity and ensure adherence to brand values and images  - Develop propositions and messaging  - Drive brand strategy and differentiation, create a unique and compelling customer experience  - Create a brand focus, drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise  Marketing:  - Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market conditions, trends and competitor data  - Prepare budgets and monitor expenses  - Identify potential markets and go-to- market strategy  - Identify marketing channel - Website/Online campaigns/Social Media/White papers & Case studies  - Create marketing calendar in conjunction with business needs  - Create timelines for all marketing related activity, coordinate with all key stakeholders and be accountable for execution  - Identify success criteria for all tasks, measure and report against the same  Communication:  - Develop collateral and coordinate with various creative agencies and vendors  - Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service  - Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, poster, newsletters etc.  Strong personal attributes we look for:  - Is self-driven, willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done  - Strong analytical skills  - Ability to think creatively and innovatively  - Ability to manage different projects at the same time  - Strong coordination and execution skills
