- Develops and implements strategic plans, marketing plans, budget, training and goals program to ensure optimum customer satisfaction by means of high service standards, sales potential and profitability on an on-going basis. - Maintains P&L and EBITDA. - Manages the functions of all personnel through direct and indirect supervision of Managers and Supervisors. - Monitors the present and future trends, practices and, determines and ensures execution of competitive programs. - Oversees and directs the personnel function of the Multiplex including recruitment, hiring, orientation, coaching, counselling, training, wage and salary administration, labour relations, performance appraisals and succession planning. - Responsible for the security and safety of customers and employees and building,and ensures emergency procedures are established, well-publicized, practiced and reinforced. - Monitors applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance with the same. - Conducts profit and loss review meetings on a monthly basis with other heads of unit and plan strategies for maximizing sales. - Monitors, maintains daily performance records and analysis of MIS report across the departments . - Maintains harmony and best work environment in the multiplexes and constantly provide expertise and guidance to multiplexes assigned in his/ her area. - Coordinating with external agencies/ service providers to facilitate timely rendering of support services. - Implementation of systems & maintaining effective control over housekeeping,security,restaurants,engineering,and for all cash transaction areas F&B, Ticketing & Telesales and all revenue points. - Ensuring speedy resolution of queries/ grievances so as to optimize patron satisfaction levels. - Organizing events, promotions etc. to optimize brand visibility and maximize revenue. - Manage entire operation - Maintain critical standards for product and service quality,cleanliness and sanitation, and speed of service. - Assist in the execution of the business plan as directed by the Management Team. - To ensure that all standards are incorporated into the day-to-day operations . - Ensure guest service in all areas meets or exceeds company standards. Cooperate with Marketing, Operations to respond to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problem and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. - Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control. - Assist in optimizing profits by controlling product and labor costs. - In coordination with the Marketing, communicate and oversee the execution of product promotions, marketing initiatives and campaigns with the team in the store. - Staff, train and develop hourly employees through hiring, orientations, ongoing feedback, use of Training materials, establishment of performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews. - Provide positive leadership to promote a strong teamwork environment and fun atmosphere. - Provide clear and timely communications of all activities throughout the assigned store and to the Management Team. - Expected to exercise good judgment in decision-making and timely reporting of issues to the Management Team. - Support and adhere to Company Standards for Operations, Marketing/Communications and Brand Identity.
