The Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional Head of E-commerce & Digital Experience to join our team. This is one of the most influential leadership roles within Specscart. You will work directly with the Founder & Managing Director and become part of a small Senior Leadership Team responsible for shaping the future of the business. Your mission is to continually simplify the customer journey whilst building one of the world's best digital eyewear platforms.
What You Will Own:
Digital Product:
- Product strategy and roadmap
- Customer journey optimisation
- Product discovery
- Search and navigation
- Checkout experience
- UX/UI improvements
- AI-powered customer experiences
- Product experimentation and innovation
Ecommerce Operations:
You will own the complete e-commerce experience including:
- Product uploads
- Product information management
- Product categorisation
- Digital merchandising
- Landing pages
- Ecommerce photography
- Lifestyle product photography
- Product launches
- Catalogue quality
- Website content related to e-commerce
Commercial Performance:
You will own and improve:
- Website Conversion Rate
- Revenue per Visitor
- Average Order Value
- Customer Lifetime Value
- Funnel optimisation
- CRO
- A/B testing
- Customer analytics
- Heat maps
- Digital performance reporting
Leadership:
You will build and lead the Product & Digital function, working closely with Marketing, Technology, Customer Relations, Operations, and Retail. Your role is to combine every department's feedback towards building an outstanding customer experience.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has 7+ years of experience in Product, Digital, or E-commerce functions and demonstrated the ability to build, improve and lead exceptional digital customer experiences within a fast growing consumer business.
You are someone who:

- Is obsessed with customer experience.
- Enjoys solving complex problems.
- Leads cross-functional teams with confidence.
- Uses data to make decisions.

Experience within D2C, retail, fashion, consumer brands or omnichannel businesses will be highly advantageous.
