Job Title: Chief Business Officer QSR Vertical

Experience Required: 15 - 20 years (with 23 years in senior leadership managing multi-location operations)

Key Responsibilities (KRA):


- Drive the national expansion strategy of the QSR vertical, ensuring successful rollout across multiple cities.


- Oversee end-to-end business operations, including brand positioning, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience.


- Manage P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall profitability.


- Lead innovation in product offerings, formats, and service models to align with evolving customer preferences.


- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across operations, marketing, and support functions.


- Ensure operational excellence with strict adherence to compliance, quality, and service standards.


- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to support business growth and market penetration.


- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks.


- Collaborate with the Board/Managing Director to shape long-term business strategy and growth roadmap.


- Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the vertical.

Core Skills & Requirements:


- 15 - 20 years of leadership experience in QSR, F&B, or Hospitality, with proven expertise in scaling operations nationally.


- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to manage multi-city operations and large teams.


- Deep understanding of QSR operations, supply chain, franchising, and customer engagement.


- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.


- Strong financial management skills with prior experience handling P&L.


- Exceptional leadership, people management, and organizational development abilities.


- Proven track record in driving innovation and building strong, sustainable brands.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambitious growth targets.


- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
