Trade Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete trade finance operations including LC opening, amendments, negotiation, and closure

- Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO, insurance documents

- Ensure documentation compliance with LC terms and international trade norms

- Coordinate with banks for discrepancy management and document submissions

- Strong understanding of shipping terms (Incoterms), shipping norms, and vessel operations

- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, agents, and surveyors

- Track shipments, vessel schedules, and cargo movements

- Knowledge of bulk vessel shipments is a strong plus

- Prepare and verify trade invoices and supporting documents

- Ensure smooth execution of trades from contract to settlement

- Draft and manage professional email communication with international clients, banks, and logistics partners

- Coordinate internally with trading and operations teams

- Maintain trade data, shipment trackers, and MIS reports

Eligibility & Experience:

- 5 to 6 years of experience in Trade Finance / Shipping / International Trade

- Prior experience in Agro commodities, Metal Ore, or Mineral Ore trading

- UAE work experience preferred

- Strong exposure to shipping industry norms

- Hands-on experience with banks, LCs, and international documentation
