Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate with 36 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, operations, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT hiring, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to on-boarding.

- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

- Conduct screening and shortlisting of candidates based on role requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery within timelines.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

- Stay updated with IT industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to attract top talent.

- Utilize ATS systems and recruitment tools efficiently to track and report hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Operations, and Vendor Management.

- Strong understanding of IT skills, job roles, and market dynamics.

- Proficiency in ATS platforms, job portals, and social recruiting tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
