One of the world's leading architecture, design and planning firms, with staff in locations around the world is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their India office to bring top talent into the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support India Talent Acquisition efforts
- Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers for current studio needs
- Network and engage with top talent and recruit them to Gensler
- Work with our existing HR/Talent Acquisition team to review applicants for open positions
- Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants
- Manage Workday and all of its functions, from opening a role, dispositioning candidates, to closing a role
- Consult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offers
- Assist with recruiting outreach efforts for Summer Internship program
- Update and maintain compensation staff reports for offers
Qualifications& Requirements
- Recruitment experience with Professional Services
- Overall 6-8 years experience
- MBA from top institutions as XLRI
- Knowledge of HRIS; Workday preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment
- Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting
