Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the offshore oil & gas sector.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates with specialized skills for Saudi Aramco projects.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry contacts to build a talent pipeline.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance the recruitment process and employer branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, 4+ Years specifically within the offshore oil & gas industry.
- Proven experience recruiting for Saudi Aramco projects or similar large-scale projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of labour laws and employment regulations within the industry.
